As low power and high power Mesh network is looks like future big shot. Regarding MiWi (from micro chip as it is $15 max) is it possible to interface with other than PIC micro? Can I connect it with TI micro e.g. MSP430 or Sitara ?

It can be possible if you can port many low level PICmicro's Assembly routines into TI MSP430/Sitara. But it will be against Microchip licensing. Instead, look out for wireless Zigbee stack which is the industry standard and available for most all MCUs. Regards, -micropar-
