how to avoid occurance of Miller and body effect in BJT..?
SOLUTIONS ARE WELCOMED

Body effect only happens in mosfet, unless you are talking about the base.

Body effect can be avoided by tying the body/bulk of the mosfet to the most negative (NMOS) and most positive (PMOS). And different topology will have to be used if you want to avoid it. For example, if you stack a few MOS in series, you will evidently put the rest of the MOS with body effect.
