Migrate project from Keil uVision3 to IAR EW

1st:
I would like to know if it is possible to IMPORT LIBRARY (.lib file) created in Keil uVision3 into project created in IAR Embedded Workbench? Does anyone know how to do that (IAR uses .r79 file, uVision3 uses .lib file as library file).

2nd:
Does anyone have experiance migrating project from Keil uVision3 into IAR EW. How to do that?

probably not possible to do task

You can migrate project in source code level - preferably C language
