is there any limitation for the width of microstrip transmission line?for example it should be under 5 mm or it becomes antenna. in oder word do we have a microstrip transmission line with 10 mm width or it is antenna?

Practical values of the width-to-height ratio are in the range 0.1 ≤ h ≤ 10
and practical values of characteristic impedances are between 10–200 ohm or less.

Your question did not include h (substrate thickness) or dielectric so a more specific answer is not possible.

A microstrip is always radiating a small part of the conducted RF power. Microstrip width to wavelength ratio, groundplane geometry, possible bends are different factors determing the share of radiated power.
