microstrip feed help 4 Dioelectric Resonant antenna..urgent plz help

in simple structure first grond plan comes,above dat substrate and above sub. microstrip feed line and den DRA comes..

in my sturture first feed line,above dat substrate ,,above substrate ground plane and den DRA..i hv used truncated ground plane concept but i don't know abt feed in dis case..
feed should be in upper direction or lower??
how to design fedd?? plz tell me step by strep..i m using HFSS...PLZ HELP ME....THX IN ADVANCE......:smile::smile:
