Microstrip antenna radiation mechanism

I am a beginner. Can anyone suggest me materials to refer, to understand the radiation mechanism of microstrip antenna.
I have tried some materials but couldnt understand better.

What type of microstrip antenna are you interested in? Patch antenna?
