microprocessor in cell phone

Hi, does any1 have any idea what's the famous microprocessor/microcontroller chip commonly used for the cell phone (eg. nokia, motorola, sonyericsson) ?

MOTOROLA i think it use there mcu hc12 , hc11 , hc08
