Microcontroller troubleshoot

Hi everybody,I am using a device which has a microcontroller at90s8515,my device has broken down then I am getting wrong functionality;the device is starting very well but there is a number of functions which are not being fulfilled it is interface with an EEPROM.

What can I do for repairing my equipment I am in need of it at high level.

Maybe pcb tracks between mcu and eeprom is cut.

Note that I moved that microcontroller in the second same board I have the result is the same.

You mean you put the MCU of faulty board to another similar board and tested?

Post photos of broken PCB with uC case, and describe device. With this informations what you give us only Baba Vanga can help you.

Yes jayanth.devarayanadurga , I took that micro controller which is giving wrong result I put it in another board of the same circuit,the result remain the same I took the second Micro controller which is good I put in the first board the circuit worked perfectly.
Note microcontroller is AT90S8515 which is communicating with an EEPROM

First uC is bad or is wrongly programmed.

Then the problem is in MCU and not in the board or eeprom. Maybe MCU is damaged.
