anyone here please tell me the simulators and links to down load it. So that i may be able to run programs on it. also a tutorial guide for that simulator is needed. i am at beginner level. so any help at this level is also welcomed

i have heard the name of MASM assembler/simulator.
like the above one or MASM. and also the tutorials for the beginner level. i have a book of microprocessors written be berry B brey. i want to implement those programs and for that i want a simulator or assembler that should be useful and easy for me.

I gotta admit that Oshonsoft is really nice for assembler and basic.

If you do not know any programming languages and MCU basic architecture then my suggesion is flowcode DEMO (matrix multimedia) - it is visual programming... there you need to know really basic stuff like variables.

MPLAB is also a good choise due accuracy and features, you can use it for all thing you need ... writing code, testing, debugging and converint it to hex. + simulation .

Collect MPLAB from Microchip. With it you can software simulate your program- free.
For Micro controller hardware simulation, PROTEUS is the best. It is costly. If you have money, purchase it. If you don't, search Internet and I hope You can collect one. Internet is the Mother of all resources- Rich and Poor alike. Thanks.
