Hi

can anyone suggest me any atmel microcontroller which can be used instead of attiny2313(with common instruction set and electrical specification as attiny2313)?I want a 40 pin microcontroller.
 

If you know to use some compiler and how programming language functioning there is no problem if you change uC with some other, even if you change AVR with PIC.

Use manufacturer datasheet as reference for uC.

If you stick with only one particular uC that is not good, for little more time investment you can get more knowledge.
