What To do, if a micro controller is sometime responding properly but some time my it didn't giving the logic.....???

Usually, this indicates that there is an error in the logic or the setup/implementation. Maybe a problem in the hardware that causes problems, such as the microcontroller to reboot. Or there could be gaps in the logic/algorithm due to which you sometimes get unexpected results.

Maybe if you explain your problem and circuit we could give you more help
