Hi,
The microchip micro controllers comes with the I/PT and E/PT notations. What do they mean?

Its spec from temperature and package:

Temperature Range :

I = -40°C to +85°C (Industrial)
E = -40°C to +125°C (Extended)

Package:

PT = TQFP (Thin Quad Flatpack)
SO = SOIC
SP = Skinny Plastic DIP
P = PDIP
ML = QFN

Look in the last pages of datasheet!!!
