Hi friends,
I want to prepare myself and I want to do real time projects.
So, anybody suggest me which Micro controller board is best to learn from the scratch(basics)

start with PIC or AVR. Even though many other controllers are there on market, in India you won't find other uCs easily.
you can buy PIC as well as AVR development boards and programmers from online stores like ebay, amazon etc.
If you are a beginner you need the following things to start.

1. Microcontrolelr programmer (pickit2/3 in the case of PIC)
[f your development has no on board programmer then ]

2. Mplab x and CCS/XC8 IDE+Compiler.

All the very best.

thank u for the information
Can u mention the specifications like on which OS it will run,RAM size, ROM,flash etc

It is not possible to give you your requested data for all the derivates of PIC'S and AVRs.

Please visit the manufacturers internet pages and look for a selection guide.
