I am doing a boost convrter with MIC2619
**broken link removed**

Vin = 4 to 9V
Vout = 8V.
Iout = 30mA.

As you can see, Sometimes vin > vout, ...that doesnt matter, as 9V on the output is fine for the loads

But what happens to MIC2619 when Vin > vout.....do overly high currents flow in the internal switch?
