reduction of EMC/EMI

Toward the reduction of EMC/EMI I am familiar with the idea of small closed loops and supply plains. Are there any other methods involving decoupling capacitors, placement, type, etc.. Is there anything I should concider with supply pins and/or I/Os?

Hi,
Yes, the supply pins has to have so thight/direct as possible some parallel capacitors, as 1nF (by highst frequency 100pF too), than 10/100nf & 1...10uF the system must have some big capacity too (if 1-2 Ampers need) so 1000uF, but minimumat 100uF if only 100`s of mA are actuell...
Optimal is a full shilding in magnetics material too :)...
