Mems microphone in ads

i simulated a mems capacitor in intellisuite and this variable capacitor is a mems microphone

i want to simulated this variable capacitor in the ADS

but i dont know how simulation this capacitor . i want to connectedn this variable capacitor to an amplifier

please help me and send for me an amplifier for mems microphone

In this style circuit the microphone would be some device whose characteristics change according to the input signal, in your case a capacitance that would change with respect to the time domain input amplitude.

In ADS this could be done using Transient Simulation where the microphone could be modeled using a suitable component whose capacitance/reactance was varied as a function of the analysis time in an equation using the 'time' variable.
