hi.

is there a utility what i can use to read or write to any phisical addresses within a PC?

I want to test my PCI card's internal functions, what I designed.
I can test it through reading or writing to the address range, what is assigned to the card. I determined the card's address range, by a utility, which tests the PCI bus.
just i dont know, how to access to the memory space. i use windows2000 on the test-PC.

thanx.
but where to get it?
who makes this software?
the google reults were useless for softice.
