Megaco/H.248 messages flow between media gateways

Megaco/H.248

Does anyone have idea, is it possible there are MEGACO/H.248 messages flow between media gateway and media gateway?

Normally, MEGACO is used by media gateway controller to communicate with media gateways. However, will there be any exception?
