E32 (433T20S1) needs to design a SMA head. Connect a 5CM long glue stick antenna. The antenna is parallel to the module and 3 cm above the module. Will it interfere with itself when transmitting? How to solve it?

433 MHz quarter wavelength is 17 cm, a 5 cm antenna will hardly be effective, even if spiraled. Presumed the "glue stick" is a monopole antenna (not necessarily), it doesn't work without a respective ground plane or transmitter chassis.

Interference susceptibility of the module shouldn't be critical, consider the PCB is designed with a continuous ground plane.

You should give an idea of the transmitter geometry. Besides module and antenna, there's at least a microcontroller and a battery.
