Measuring resistance across a MOSFET

Given the following circuit:

Can I accurately measure the resistance of R4 (assuming RDs(on) << 1 Ohm).

As a corollary, can I repeat the measurement on R5 with the following circuit?

Sorry if this is basic, just a little confused. Thanks in advance for the help.
 

Yes you can, this looks like something id see if i was trying to measure the resistance into a pad. if that is the case you might have some diodes not in the schematic . Also note that you do have to power the devices. you might verify that your on resistance is so small, typically they are not.
