mosfet ft
I would like to know ft of a mosfet in cadence spectre, can any one tell me how to measure ft of a mosfet with the test bench. i saw some test benches like -> a dc bias voltage source in series with an inductor and the whole in parallel with an ac current source connected to gate of mosfet. ft depends on the vds even i think, is it right?
