Hello everyone,
I am in the stages of testing a new product which is a 22kW AC drive. I have managed to simulate the power electronics running in LTSpice and have managed to get some input voltage waveforms, based on the correct source impedance.

What I am struggling on is how to chew the data to decide if our product complies with IEC6100-3-11. Failing that I know that Matlab,Simulink and SimPower will highly likely give me the information I need. This is however costly and another learning curve.

Anyone any offers?

Cheers,

Rob.

Hi,
I'm talking about flicker, not Harmonics. IEC6100-3-3, IEC6100-3-2 refers to Harmonics I think....it's minefield.
