Would it be possible to connect a semi-rigid on the feeding port of the PIFA? Then, take measurement for the return loss/BW through the network analyzer and perform radiation pattern test in chamber??
P.S. It would be better to include the casing of the product while measurement was taken.
For prototype testing, you can connect a cable and do the testing at the feed point of the antenna. But during production stage, that method is not preferrable.
But you can have some standard connector provision on the PCB, so that when ever you want to measure the antenna performance, you can connect a cable and do the measurements. It will be reliable and matching will also be good, than the method of connecting the cable directly on the PCB.

Yup, agree with prototype testing. You are right, there have an IPEX receptable on the PCB. But between the IPEX receptable with antenna, there have a IC antenna switch and matching circuit. Therefore, the resonance may be shifted.
Another question, when doing prototype testing, should I connect a cable at the feed point of the antenna (I mean matching circuit and the antenna) or what I said above is at IPEX receptable when tuning?
