Can a spectrum analyzer used to measure dtmf signal on telephone lines.
will it be able to give out dbm readings for individual frequencies of a digit

Or, such measurements are only meant for specific telephone line monitor/analyzer to perform?

why U want this is it's db important for U or U want detect DTMF number
or U want the real frequency of DTMF maker
 

i do not want to know what dtmf number not do i want to know the frequency.
i need a tester that could measure the power in dbm of the dtmf tones being transmitted into land-lines
