meaning of 'No rule to make target''error in tiva processor

hai,
i have one doubt. while i am doing serial communication using cortex TM4C123G processor, the error comes like that, gmake: *** No rule to make target `C:/ti/ccsv5/eclipse/TIVAWARE_INSTALL/driverlib/ccs/Debug/driverlib.lib', needed by `lab12.out'. please tell the meaning of the error and tell how to solve it.
