I want to use an MC34063 to boost two LiPo cells (6v-8v) to 12v. I am using **broken link removed** (as well as equations in the datasheet). Now when I am targeting the input voltage according to the equations-- do I use Vin as 6v, 7v(the middle) or the upper end?
and what corresponding input voltage variation should I use?
Thanks!

There is a Input voltage where you can write your mean voltage (7v) and then use Input voltage variation to insert the variation percentage (15% is about 5.95v- 7.05v)

I did a mistake in the previous post, the value of 7v +15% = 8.05v so the range for 15% variation (of 7v) is 5.95v - 8.05v
