MBLAP 7.5 setting plz

HI all i am used to work with the old Version of MBLAP which dosent work with XP

But now i forced to use MBLAP 7.5 cause i dont have pc using Windows Me

my Pc work on XP Home Edition.

the problem now when i write code in 7.5 version and assembler it and then download the hex file using EPE TK3 the pic didnt work proparly

my question :
is there is any special setting i have to make in MBLAP 7.5

there is nothing more to be set in 7.5.
chk out the config bits and other paramaters which u normally do in older versions

it is nothing to do with the mplab setting the programmer setting need to be checked
