Hi,
If somebody use this display driver, please tell me,
how do you implementing maximum intensity for display (LED diode for example),
regards

There are two ways to control intensity with this driver.

If you look at the datasheet, it mentions the external resistor for intensity control (analog) or you can load a hex value into the intensity register (digital) to vary the brightness.

Hope this helps,

I've used it in PICbasic and it's controlled by the software, I used the eight and done a volt/amp meter using the max7219

but look at the data sheet you will find everything there you need to know about the litlle chappy

Hi electronicus,
on this schematic R1 is 22K, can you tell me why this exactly value,
if I decrese this value on 10K for example, will I get the biger intensity of LED light.
