max1497 where can i get lcd for this?

max1497 is ADC with 3.5digit lcd driver
Max1497 needs lcd with individual common pin for each segment.
Searching gives me results with one common (for all segments)pin.
I need .7 or 1 inch display.

Any one who used it / know where it is available can please provide details.
