Matlab r2011a compatibility with Sysgen 13.1

Hi, I am thinking of upgrading my Matlab to the latest version, but Sysgen only has beta support for matlab r2011a. Does anyone use Sysgen 13.1 with Matlab r2011a? Are there any known compatibility issues with the latest version?
