Matlab query - I have to convert output , need help

Matlab query

Hi

I m getting output Like as

000000100000001000000010000001000001.i have to convert it into as
000000111111111000000011111111000001
after getting first one it is shiffted as 0 to 1.like as it is alternate.
please help me about it
