matlab program for ofdm using turbocodes

turbo coded ofdm mathworks

Hi Folks
I am building OFDM in simulink (QPSK with 2048 carriers) and i would like to add the turbo codes to it as FEC.

I download the turbo code from www.mathworks.com

and I add it to my OFDM design so I have these questions:

is that acceptable?
and what about my sample time because the turbo code I download is using 1 sample time and if I changed it doesn't work?
do anyone have the documentation for the turbo code design published in mathwork?

I'm also intrested in turbocodes. Can somebody tell me - demo at https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/14600 is PCCC codes or SCCC?Author of this project is unreachable. I'm be very greatful for your consultation
