i have some confusion regarding Viterbi decoder In matlab , if some one can guide me please do so.
decoded = vitdec(code,trellis,tblen,opmode,dectype)
im confused by the parameter in the above function that is opmode ,i want is to reset the shift register to Zero in the end but im not sure which Operation mode i should chose for this
remember I’m generating random data as
NumBits=100e3;
data=randint(1,NumBits)
that’s why im confused because im not sure whether my “data” has
enough zeros at the end to fill all memory registers of the encoder or not.
