[SOLVED] Masterguard series E 80-3

UPS E 80-3 No power

Hello,
I have a Masterguard UPS E 80-3 . It could not start. I checked the fuse found ok.
1. i am looking for the manual of it.
2. I need possible problem that could not start the system.

check battery supply it should be proper voltage. if not then change battery/ check ouput side mosfets/ check battery series
conected fuse

I have disconnect the batteries from the system.
and apply 460 voltage 3 phase + N + G.
i understand at least the system should be on, but the equipment looks dead.

without batteries ups will not be on u should conect the batteries and how much is the dc bus voltage?

i am not sure about batteries voltage. i have to check it again.

I found 20 batteries the total reading 26 while they should have reading from 220 to 240 vdc as per battery data.

26 AH

then you have to charge the each battery using battery charger, if charging fails then you have to replace the bateries
