[AVR] making a programmer using atmega16

i want to make a atmega16 programmer.
I want to Flash a target MCU from atmega16
CAN anybody help me ???

Why do you want to use AtMega16? You can do it with AtMega 8. Study USBasp here: https://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
