make a moscap in hspice

hi.
i want to make a moscap in hspice i write this code but didn`t work:(

mc1 0 4 0 7 cmosn l=0.94um w=2.81um

0 is GND and i want to use Cgb of this transistor between node 4 and 7.

and another question is:
how i can change Vth by changing in w/l of transistor?!

please guide me...
