I should simulate a Twisted pair using low voltage differential signal. I know this parameters for the signal:

Trise=tfall= 1.2 ns
Working at 200 mb/s

Which is the frequency in Mhz?25MHz?

I assume you mean 200 Mega-bits-per-second. That's 200MHz; I don't know how you got 25MHz. If you want to know the bandwidth of your edges, that's :

F=0.35/tr==>292Mhz.

Just a quibble. A bit rate of 200 Mbits per second has a fundamental frequency of 100 MHz. A string of alternating 1-0-1-0... at 200 MBits per second would look like a 100 MHz signal with harmonics defined by the rise and fall times.
