Low voltage relay driver

Dear friends
I build a circuit from ONE volt to 12 volt relay
Driver used 2N2222A transistor,In my application,I connected
A piezo ceramic sensor in input.(When the sensor ramp it will give 1.5 volt)
is a pulse type,I need to the rely continue on.so I need to your help

One volt is from battery ?

One volt is from battery ?

No ! It is a sensor out put (1 to 2 volt)
The 12 volt relay also working (ON and OFF)
But I need the relay continue ON use the
pulse type signal.
