anybody know about low-volatge high-speed latch or have any resource please tell me. i want to use it with my comparator such as differential dynamic comparator

You are interestin in Latches or Flip-flops. I remember I had one IEEE paper about comparative analysis of different flip-flops. They compared about 6 or 8 different flip-flops (including PowerPS, StrongARM and other). But there was analysis only for flip-flops. If you are interested I can try to find this paper on my hard disk.

yes i really want it please send me if u can
