Could anybody help me out on below issues :

I have dc adapter 5V / 1A.. I need to convert it to a variable AC source of having 50 Hz Frequency.

Is there any circuit available or any suggestion.

The above circuit is needed to make a variable low ac current in mA (<15mA) with 50 Hz frequency so that I can debug using micro controller.

You can easily make a phase shift oscillator (Google the term) with an opamp, adjusted for 50 Hz.
Followed by any of the common audio amplifier ICs to provide power gain. A potentiometer between the two stages will allow you to adjust the amplitude.
