Can anybody help me with the design of a current mirror with Rout=1 M with 1.2 supply and 0.6 compliance voltage and drive a current of 800u.

1. Is this thread solved??

2. Are you looking for a solution in VLSI level or a Discrete components level.

For High output impedance you should go for a cascoded current mirror. It can be designed to give good mirroring with good compliance voltage.

Thanks a lot for your concern nitishn ...actually I implemented it with a triple cascode design
