current reference noise

Hi ALL,

I am designing a current reference circuit with a low noise spec, from this spec I found the input referred of the opamp to be lower than 2nV/√Hz (worst case)

I coouldn't reach this noise level using a two stage opamp or a current mirror opamp, what I reached is 7.5nV/√Hz.

Is there any low noise opamp techniques ??

I am using 0.13um w/i 1.2V supply

Thanks in advance

Re: current reference noise

It seems that there is no low noise OPAMPs
