yes..proteus lyt file convert to allegro brd file..

If you dont have chnaged your files or cannot use allegro and even dont want to design in proteus. then
try with some other CAD tool. Can you give me a PDF file or JPEG files so that these files would be converted into protel and then re-design the PCBs.
