Where I can find schematics of simple and low cost FSK transciever ???

YOU CAN USE FX604 OR FX614 FROM CML, FSK MODEM MAX 1200 BPS, COST ABOUT 7 EURO, IS PRECISE AND SIMPLE TO USE, NO ADJUSTMENT NEED

Check with TDK 73M223. It's a standard FSK modem chip.

chip is trf6900a
fsk can be a radio chip,or a baseband modulation.so you must find out what you need.if a modem chip,just like 73k222,which now in my design.if a rf transciever,chips above is ok.

Thanks a lot to all, I thought RF transciever.

But I'm looking for design till $4, and I don't need high data transmission speeds.
