Hello, I need to find types of diodes for microwave detection in SMD packages, so I guess these have to be low capacitance types.
I have tried 1N5712 (1.2pF), not in smd package though.

Any better types, available on ebay or other site?

As a first step, you'll need to clarify frequency and RF level requirements.

It is for this project http://neazoi.com/bridge/
I thought it would be better to use lower capacitance diodes to go into higher microwaves, although a nother PCB material like rogers may have to be used as well. I also consider the PCB design if it is good for microwaves but anyway...
Power requirements may be as high as possible in order to avoid usign attenuators but I would say RF signals of up to about +17dBm would be ok.
