I tried to simulate a miniaturized patch antenna in hfss. its gives out good S-parameter result. but my problem lies in the current density of antenna. current enters and travels through microstrip line, but as soon as it enters into patch it is reduced to zero???? i have made patch height equal to lambda/4. i dont know whats wrong with my design. i also tried by changing the port size? it doesnot work out. pls help me out !!!!

what should be dimensions of patch to make it radiate? is there any design equations for determining port size and feedline length and width in HFSS.....!!!!!

Your size is wrong. You should read about patch antenna theory again, to find out the correct antenna size.
 

You can make it slightly smaller that λ/2 (depending by the dielectric material, and height of the patch from the ground), but not λ/4.
 

i have used dielectric material with relative permittivity 1.67 and dielectric constant 0.01( textile material) with height 1.6 mm.
what is the relationship between these parameters and wavelength???? Is there any material regarding this??

Dielectric constant of 0.01 !?
Maybe you want to say, loss tangent of 0.01
