what do you mean xilinx for Verilog???
you mean the Webpack software...it's for VHDL and Verilog, and everything
you just go to www.xilinx.com and you'll find it there to download for free
you choose the HDL you'll use inside each project
that's all

The Webpack is provided free of cost but you've to reigster, which is also free, before downloading it.
