Looking for typical ic.

Hi all,
I am looking for a single ic package with oscillator and a counter to give out a output as shown below.

I am trying to make fading led with three colors glowing one by one.

LTC3212 will work but external pulse have to give.
Low cost PIC micro controller can do this job well.

I made "mood lights" with an oscillating fader circuit made with a dual opamp and an output transistor. Three of these circuits drive red, green and blue LEDs. The oscillator frequencies are all a little different so that the three colors add "randomly" and produce millions of colors including pure white and darkness.

Your waveform has square-waves that need additional circuitry to make fading of one color at a time in one sequence, over and over.
