8051 c timer tutorial

hi all
can anyone give me some tutorials to understand timers and interrupts in 8051 using c programming language. i have searched google but most of the tutorials are in assembly. i need c tutorials.

download tutorail from atmel website.
choose 8051 or 89c51 and download the tutorail.
