The first one can only make square PCB.

On both sites, folow the instruction on how do design your PCB and what you can and cant do.

Why not try www.ezpcb.com. At small quantity, we can provide high quality PCBs at very competitive price that you can found on the web. We deliver from China directly, but most other pcb providers batch order PCBs from China and ship to US or Europe, then sell to their customers. That's why they can only deliver board in 2-5 weeks. Some advanced plant can shipping next day, but there's no silk screen, no soler mask. That kind of PCB are made by very different technology, and the price...is, at least for our customers, terrible,
